Camp Dog

Spending more time at home? Perfect time to get a dog!

Each dog represents a real animal from the Yuendumu region and are made in collaboration with the Alice Springs prison. They are then hand painted with love by artists at Warlukurlangu.

This is 'Ben': Ben is a Dingo. He was adopted by a wonderful family in Darwin, but unfortunately they could not keep him inside their yard.  He is now much happier living back in Yuendumu without fences.

We have found them to be perfect presents for dog lovers, at home or abroad, they are small and light to pack.

*The term "camp dogs" is used to describe the often motley groups of dogs found in and around Aboriginal communities across Australia.

Both sides of Ben shown in pictures.

 Approx size: 16cm long x 9cm high
