On the left, Nyinta has painted the bible story of Jesus at the Palace of Caiaphas, the Jewish High Priest.When the priests found out that people believed Jesus was King of the Jews, they sent him to Pontius Pilate, the Roman Governor of Judaea.

The right panel depicts Pontius Pilate releasing the criminal, Barrabas, to acknowledge Passover. Pilate condemns Jesus to death, and washes his hands of responsibility for Jesus' death,blaming the Jewish people for causing his death.
